The option chain lists the available call and put strike prices for an underlying security. It also lists the month of expiration for each available option. It is important to keep in mind that one call option, is a contract that gives the holder the option to purchase 100 shares of the underlying security. A put option, is a contract that gives the holder the options to sell 100 shares of the underlying security.
For traders who are new to options, an option chain can seem a little bit complicated when seen for the first time. Once the trader knows how to read an option chain, the trader is well on their way to being able to utilize options to hedge risk in daily trading.

According to Nadex’s CEO Timothy McDermott, the release of the new Nadex Pro platform is a response to the demands of traders, since as he points out: “Active traders demand tools that provide fast, easy access to our exchange whether connecting through a browser, mobile device, or now through a desktop-based channel.” He therefore comments that “Meeting that demand and further enhancing the Nadex trader’s experience, Nadex Pro provides a professional level, customized experience to trade Nadex binary options and bull spreads.”
Nadex is the first and largest regulated, retail-focused, online binary options exchange in the U.S. and it is thus extremely popular with US traders, who are attracted by the added security of the fact that it is subject to regulatory oversight by the CFTC. It offers traders both desktop and mobile platforms through which they can hedge against or speculate on price movements in currency, commodity, event and equity index markets.
Chicago headquartered NADEX, the North American Derivatives Exchange, which is a US-regulated exchange offering traders the opportunity to trade binary options and spreads on a wide range of the most heavily traded forex, commodities and stock indices markets has announced the launching of a powerful new trading platform under the name Nadex Pro.
Trading through Nadex Pro also ensures a number of additional features and benefits to traders, such as the Quick Trader window, which provides easy access to trading, charting and real-time data in one view, an advanced order entry window allowing traders to view and work orders in relation to the order book, a screener window that lets traders easily spot trade opportunities as markets get close to expiration and a flexible screen layout, which lets traders float order entry, charts or quote windows.

The formula to calculate the breakeven percentage is the following:
So, as you can see, in this case you will only have to accurately predict 52.91% of your trades in order not to lose any money at all. Choosing a broker that offers a rebate is extremely rewarding as you can see.
The breakeven rate is the percentage of the accurate predictions you will have to make in order not to lose any money. If your percentage of accurate predictions coincides with the breakeven ratio, then you will not lose money but you will also not make any money at all.
Calculating this is also extremely easy and works using the formula below:
What this means is that in order for you not to lose any money at all you will have to correctly predict 33,33% of all the investments you have made.

Can't be achieved with Conditional Formatting for all colours.

As a coastal city, afternoon sea breezes are the norm in Sydney; these can be very refreshing on a humid summer’s day. On hot, calm days smog can become more noticeable. National Environment Protection standard ozone quality guidelines are exceeded on average about ten days each year in Sydney.
Sydney is prone to droughts, but usually has an adequate amount of year-round rainfall. In 2005 the reservoirs that supply the city with water reached all-time lows. Water levels since then have recovered (2013).
The temperatures in the table above are typical for suburbs near the coast. Inland, in Sydney’s western suburbs, summer highs are around 2 degrees Centigrade higher and winter lows around 2 degrees lower than the coastal suburbs.
Sydney enjoys a temperate, humid climate with abundant sunshine.
Sea temperatures around Sydney are very pleasant and Sidneysiders make full use of their ocean playground for swimming, yachting and watersports.

Self doubt is normal for the first few years I think, especially if you are still young. I learned I was genderqueer at 22 and I didn't solidify that identity till I was 25.
Well, literally non-binary would just mean you don't feel like completely male or female so that's a possible identity but there are other genders that you could explore. There are a lot of other genders out there. I doubted myself too. There is no such thing as "trans enough". It's just gatekeeping. If you ID as trans, you are trans. You can research on non-binary and then I would suggest looking up androgyne (or androgynous), agender, genderfluid, or demigirl.
And your gender has not to be the same on every day. It can flux from one point to another, or for me, it's a fluid change from one end of my personal spectrum to the other. Some days I am a woman, more often I am agender, or something in between. Depending on that I like my breasts, feminine pronouns.
If you can't explain point abc on your personal spectrum, it may be that your dfg today, which is too far away from abc for it to make sense to you.
So for a couple of years I have felt not quite female, but not completely male etc ethier so I've come to the gradual concluson that I must be non-binary. But recently I have started to doubt this, A couple of my friends are non-binary and people keep asking me if its because of them I feel this way, i mean I dont mind being called she or being referred to as female, I dont mind my orignial name although I am test running the name Max. But i dont feel connected to the female gender ethier like somedays I want to get rid of my chest or be able to build up muscle and other days it doesn't bother me. I can't help but think that maybe Im doing this for attention or Im just a tomboy that wants to be special, and because comming to the conclusion of being non-binary wasnt some earth shattering emotional thing doubt myself. Maybe this is just materislistic and I just want to be special? I don't feel like im cis enough to be cis but I also feel like Im not trans or NB enough to be hat ethier.
The problem I see in this approach is that you are not able to test (and prove) that the observed difference is statistically significant.
Hi, I understand how to calculate the delta delta Ct now from my housekeeping genes. Quick question is there a way to normalize the results based on total RNA after I have completed the rt- PCR? I know that I should have normalized prior to putting the RNA on the plate but is there a way to compare delta Ct or double delta Ct with total RNA?
Do you mean calibrator as Control? I run the sample in each plate as calibrator. So should I keep calibrator Ct values as Control values in the TEMPLATE that you have provided here?
Did you had a response please about how to calculate the SME and the SD??
To find out the statistically significant difference of expression data between 2 samples, you can use T-test. However, if you are comparing more than two samples (conditions) then you have to use ANNOVA.
There are two ways to analyze qPCR data: double delta Ct analysis and the relative standard curve method. With the assumption of equal primer efficiency, double delta Ct analysis caters to large amounts of DNA samples and a low number of genes to be tested. The standard curve method is more optimal if you have very few DNA samples but many genes to test.
In our opinion, the technical analysis is the ideal assistant for short-term traders, but if decisions are made on charts of the senior order (from H4 and

NADEX options are structured with strike prices. The first thing you will need to do is to set aside your normal option terminology and thinking as to "puts" and "calls" as those do not exist with NADEX. You will either buy a strike when you believe the price will move and/or close above that strike or you will sell that strike should you believe price will move and/or close below that strike. So the binary statement is either true or false. The statement is false if it settles out of the money and true if settled in the money. Unlike the European binaries, you are NOT locked into the trade as there is an active two-way market. You can close out or scale out of positions at any time by putting in an opposite trade to the open position you have.
Yours in the never ending search for more trading edges, The Market Sniper
Commissions for executed trades are $.90 (ninety cents) per contract. You are not charged commission should your trade be false (out of the money). But here is the kicker! There is a maximum commission of $9.00 per trade! Trade 10 for $9 or 250 for $9!!! This went into effect the day after Labor Day. You can open an account with as little as $100. When you first open an account, you can go up to $250 by "insta-check" and start trading immediately. They will even give you a paper trading account for up to two weeks when you sign up with them.
Normally, there is around a $3 to $4 spread between the bid and the offer. All options settle at either $0 (zero) if false (out of the money) or at $100 if true (in the money). When you enter a trade, the bid/offer price you buy/sell is subtracted immediately from your account. Should the trade settle true (in the money), $100 per contract is then added back into your account. When you buy a strike, your risk is what you paid. When you sell a strike, your risk is the difference between the bid and $100. Example: you sell the strike for $45. Your risk in the trade should price be above your strike at close is the difference between the $45 and $100=$55 risk.
Conclusion: IF you have a proven trading methodology, binary option trading may be for you. Some may view this vehicle is gambling. IF you are not trading with positive expectancy, then, yes, you would be gambling as would be the case for any "trading" of any vehicle. What I really like about this is the small amount of money to get involved. I have found that out of small acorns, mighty oak trees can grow. This is a follow up post to a post I did back on May 27, 2012 on the European binary options which is what I was trading at the time. Here is a link to that post. Since then, I also started trading binaries on the NADEX (North American Derivatives Exchange) and have shut down my trading of binaries through European binary brokers. The counter party risk in continuing to trade through European brokers I feel is unacceptable. Unfortunately, at this time, you must be a resident of the United States to trade on the NADEX.
I thought I would give you a peek at trading this to see how it can work. Here is what I did on Thursday, September 20, 2012. Early in the morning, I did my pivot analysis and determined that major support on the ES (December contract) was 1440-1442. The major resistance was 1452-1456. Early in the regular session (not GLOBEX) price traded at support so I bought the 1443 ES strike (they are in increments of 3 points or "handles") for $41.50. Risk in the trade is your premium paid or $41.50. Maximum you can make on the trade is $58.50.

Everything you need to know about RESPs.
My second recommendation is that if you do the move – once the rebate is paid then you should take a new look at your investing costs and act appropriately. If you are really happy with RBC then you might choose to stay there but if low costs are your primary concern (like me!) then you should consider moving to Questrade as soon as possible to get the lowest commissions.
If you are planning to move back to Questrade then read about the Returning to Questrade deal on transfer fees.

Isn’t there a fee when you transfer your money out from your current broker?
At first, it seems obvious that getting a 1% rebate for moving to RBC should be quite profitable for anyone but the problem is that the trading fees are more expensive at RBC than at Questrade. Questrade charges $4.95 for all trades whereas RBC charges $28.95 per trade for investors with less than $100,000 in assets (calculated by household) and $9.95 per trade if the household assets are more than $100,000. Regardless of how much you have in assets, the difference from higher trading fees at RBC will reduce the benefit from the 1% rebate.

ConclusionSometimes borrowing is necessary, but there is usually more than one option available for loans. Before borrowing from your retirement savings, you should determine that it's the best financial decision by considering the purpose, the cost and the future effect of the loan. Be sure to contact your financial planner for help with this important decision.
Qualified-Plan Loan Rules Regulations permit qualified plans to offer loans but the plan is not required to include these provisions. To determine if the qualified plan in which you participate offers loans, check with your employer or plan administrator. You also want to find out about any loan restrictions. Some plans, for instance, allow loans only for what they define as hardship circumstances, such as the threat of being evicted from your home due to your inability to pay your rent or mortgage, or the need for medical expenses or higher-education expenses for you or a family member. Generally, these plans require you to prove that you have exhausted certain other resources. On the other hand, some plans will allow you to borrow from the plan for any reason and may not require you to disclose the purpose of the loan.
Maximum Loan Amount A qualified plan must operate loans in accordance with regulations, one of which is the restriction on the loan amounts. The maximum amount you may borrow from your qualified plan is either 50% of your vested balance or $50,000, whichever is less. Plans are allowed to make an exception to this dollar limit if 50% of your vested balance is less than $10,000, in which case the maximum the employee can take out is $10,000. However, not all plans make this allowance. Here are some examples demonstrating the maximum loan amounts:
Some will argue that a short-term loan is permitted if the amount is rolled over to the IRA within 60 days. Technically, however, this is not a loan but a distribution and a rollover contribution.
IRAs Generally speaking, you cannot take a loan from your IRA as this would result in a prohibited transaction, which is in violation of certain areas of the Internal Revenue Code. A prohibited transaction could result in tax and penalty consequences for the retirement account holder. For instance, if you borrow from your IRA at any time during the year, your IRA is treated as having made a distribution as of January 1 (the first day of the year in which the prohibited transaction occurs) and you would owe tax on it; furthermore, if you are under age 59.5, early-distribution penalties would be imposed on the amount.
While most of us would rather not take money from our retirement plans until after we retire, we are sometimes left with no alternative. Luckily, most qualified plans offer employees the ability to borrow from their own retirement assets and repay that amount with interest to their own retirement account.
If you find yourself in a financial bind, you may be considering obtaining a loan to meet your immediate financial needs. The question then is should you borrow from your retirement plan or should you look into other alternatives? The answer is determined by several factors, which we will review as well as the general guidelines for plan loans. Should You Borrow from Your Retirement Plan? Before you decide to take a loan from your retirement account, you should consult with a financial planner, who will help you decide if this is the best option or if you would be better off obtaining a loan from a financial institution or other sources. The following are some factors that would be taken into consideration:

For as many wonderful things the Fool has going for it, there are just as many frustrating aspects. For starters, the company continues to beat its chest regarding compensation, benefits, and culture. Some of these things are worth bragging about, but compensation is not one. The company claims to benchmark comp and will pay at least at the median, but this just isn't true for the average employee. I've found salaries to be consistently under market, even when you incorporate benefits.Secondly, the Fool claims to be a meritocracy, but being close with the Gardners is far more important than skill or acumen. There is also a strong "yes man" bias. Raising differing points of view from what management, especially the Gardners, want to hear will get you no where, even if it's the truth. I've seen many careers stagnate or even regress once someone broke from the party line. Don't be mistaken, this company is very much run and controlled by Tom and David. The Fool has a lot of young workers. I'm not referring to those kids right out of college, but rather people under 50. That makes promotions and advancements very hard to come by. You see people moving laterally in the company rather than upward. That's okay, but don't expect to have a career schedule here. It can also make getting raises difficult because title and role changes don't come very often. Even more aggravating is the Fool's backward policy of not giving a raise when you do finally receive a promotion! For a company that shouts from the mountain tops that it values its employees, sometimes it really feels like you're fighting tooth and nail for everything that has a dollar sign attached to it.Lastly, be prepared for changes on company strategy. It happens all the time. Although we preach taking the long-term view, sometimes it feels like we're fickle in our own company's goals. I've seen ideas for the business bubble up, ultimately die, only to reappear again a year down the road. Only this time it's somehow different. It can feel like we don't give a strategy enough time to actually take hold and produce results before we're worried about the next issue and are changing course. I think some more steady-handed leadership could be good for the business.
The people are awesome, flexible schedules, autonomy and ability to gain experience by moving to different roles. Good maternity leave.
